How to Write a Manifestation List (That Actually Works

Manifestation lists are a powerful tool for manifesting your dreams into reality. In this guide, I'll share step-by-step methods for creating a manifestation list that can help you attract positive energy and opportunities into your life. Plus, I'll provide my best tips for staying focused and motivated along the way. Grab a notebook and let's begin!

What is a Manifestation List?

A manifestation list is a collection of your goals and desires that you want to manifest in your life, written in the present tense, as if they have already come true. You can think of your manifestation list as a collection of your favorite affirmations, which can span across all areas of your life, or focus on a singular goal.

Why Manifestation Lists Work?

Manifestation lists work because they help you to clarify your goals and concentrate your mental and emotional energy on what you want to achieve. When you focus on manifestation, you align your thoughts and emotions with the positive energy of the universe, which can increase the chances that those desires will manifest into reality.

How to Create a Manifestation List

Creating a manifestation list is a simple process. First, take some time to reflect on your goals and desires. Grab a paper and pen (or you can do this on your device if you prefer).

Step 1: Be Specific

Get clear on what it is that you want. If you want to manifest love, you need to be specific on what exactly you are looking for. If you are not specific, you will attract love from a cat, your family or from strangers.

So get clear. Is this the type of person that flosses at night? What is their idea of fun? What are your favourite things to do together? Do they have qualities about them that you just can't stop talking to your friends about? How do they make you feel?

Have everything about them down to the tiniest detail. You're probably going to say "No one is perfect" and "I possibly can't get everything on my manifest list", but there are so many manifestation examples of people who have successfully done this.

Step 2: Visualise Your Dream Life

What does a day in your dream life look like? Visualisation helps you to bring shifts your reality, as if it is already happening.

Go on Pinterest, create a board with some ideas of the things you want. You want to embody the feelings of what you would feel like when what you've already have possession of all the things you want. Whether it be a house, car, a new job, a dog, a fashion item, mindset, the perfect boyfriend, good health.

To make it more real for you – change your environment and position yourself in places that will make your dreams believable. Drive past the house that you want, go test drive the car, look the part, have coffee at a luxury cafe. How would you feel if you were in that position. Who are you when you manifest this person? What version of yourself do you have to be to manifest (thing you want here)?

You have to be in alignment with what you want. Feel as though you already have it, you can use the law of assumptions affirmations as well to step into your lucky girl era ✨

Step 3: Choose a Method for Manifestation Writing

Instead of just wishing for things to happen, write them down as if they’ve already come to fruition. This works because the subconscious mind is reprogrammed with repetition.

Get creative with your scripting, use vivid descriptions to fully immerse yourself in the experience. You can also try some manifestation writing methods.

333 – The 333 manifestation method includes choosing what you want to manifest, create an affirmation around it. Then write it down thirty three times and repeat the process again for three days.

369 – The 369 method involves writing down what you'd like to manifest three times in the morning, six times during the day, and nine times in the evening.

555 – Similar to the 333 manifest method list, the 555 manifestation method requires that you write down what you want in the form of manifestations affirmations fifty five times per day over the next 5 days.

10-10-10 – Write the 10 things that you desire. Write 10 things you are grateful for. Write down 10 things that bring you joy.

Step 4: Be Grateful For It As If It’s Already Happened

It's easy to get caught up in wishing and hoping, but the real magic happens when you genuinely feel gratitude for what you've asked the universe for.

Do not skip this step, this is a very important step. The reason you need to feel grateful is because gratitude shifts your negative thoughts to positive and instantly puts you in a higher vibrational state, where you are more open to receiving.

The one way to cultivate this feeling is by making a gratitude list.

Write down everything that you are thankful for, including your manifestation. Imagine what it would feel like for it to have already come true, and let that feeling wash over you. Gratitude is a powerful tool that can help speed up the manifestation process, so remember to give thanks and embody the energy of already having what you desire.

Step 5: Write an Action Plan

Okay, let's talk about taking action!

If you believe in your dreams, you are going to take action. We can all dream big and hope for the best, if that was all you needed to manifest, a lot of people would be living the life of their dreams. If we don't take aligned action towards our goals, then those dreams will stay in dreams forever.

Break down your dreams into small, achievable steps, and take aligned action. Set some SMART goals that are personalised to your own aspirations. For example, if your dream is to write a book, you can start by writing for 30 minutes every day.

And here's the kicker: make sure you reflect on your progress each week. Did you hit your goals on your weekly intention? If not, it's okay, just move them to the next week and keep on truckin'!

Remember, timing is everything, so set those weekly deadlines and be very serious about meeting them.

Examples and Ideas of a Manifest List

If my goal was to become the woman of my dreams, these are the ideas I would include on my manifest life. You can also apply it to whatever dream or goal you have. Remember that you have to become the person, to take the action and then you can manifest what you want.

These examples might be different from what you need, but the key is to write down what you want to achieve and create a manifest list that is specific and detailed as possible, even more specific than the example shown.

Ideas of what to manifest include:

  • A new car
