RETURN POLICY OVERVIEW

At ALDO, we value the satisfaction of our customers and want to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your ALDO shoes, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange. Our return policy outlines the conditions under which you can return your items.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • You must have purchased the item from ALDO directly, either online or in-store.

  • Items must be in a saleable condition, meaning they are unused, unworn, and have all original packaging and tags.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the 'Due Date' stated on your purchase confirmation.

  • You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Certain items, such as earrings, jewellery, hair accessories, insoles, swimwear, cosmetics, and underwear, may not be returned or exchanged according to our policy.

RETURN PROCESS

To return your item, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your ALDO account or visit an ALDO store.

  2. Select the 'My Account' option to access your order history.

  3. Locate the order containing the item you wish to return and click on it.

  4. Click on the 'Return' button associated with the item.

  5. Fill out the return form with your details, including the reason for return and any relevant order numbers.

  6. Keep a copy of your online order receipt until your return is processed.

  7. Once you have completed the return process, you will receive an email confirming your return and providing a tracking number for your package.

  8. After we receive your returned item, we will verify its condition and process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 7 working days for this process.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of us receiving your returned item. Refunds are typically credited to the original method of payment, provided all return conditions are met. Cash refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

EXCHANGES

If you are experiencing any issues with the size or fit of your returned item, you may be entitled to an exchange. To make an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into your ALDO account or visit an ALDO store.

  2. Select the 'My Account' option to access your order history.

  3. Locate the order containing the item you wish to exchange and click on it.

  4. Click on the 'Return' button associated with the item.

  5. Follow the returned item steps above.

  6. After returning the item, you will have the option to make an exchange during the return process or visit an ALDO store to do so.

  7. If you choose to make an exchange in-store, please bring your returned item along with your original receipt and any items you wish to exchange (see exchange policy above).

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS FOR NON-FUNCTIONING ITEMS

If you purchase an item that fails to function within 6 months of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange. Contact ALDO customer service in the first instance via email [email protected].

HANDLING FEES

When you return an item to ALDO, we will cover the cost of postage fees for returns made via our returns centre. If you return your item to us in-store, you will be charged a fee of £3.95 for the return postage.
