What is your return policy?

Cariuma offers a 60-day return window from the date of delivery. During this period, any sneakers that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging are eligible for return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, sneakers must be tried on exclusively indoors on a clean floor, and you should not wear them outside to prevent any dirt or grime from contaminating the shoe.

How do I return or exchange my order?

Cariuma provides several easy options for returning or exchanging your order:

  1. Return Bar Option – For orders within the United States, you can initiate a return directly through our website and choose the Return Bar option to receive a QR express code. Simply drop off your shoes in the original packaging at your nearest Happy Returns Return Bar, and your new exchange order will be shipped in the next 24 hours, with your refund initiated immediately.

  2. Mail Option – If the Return Bar is not available, you can print a free shipping label from our website, affix it to the original packaging, and drop off your package at one of the carriers listed on the label (USPS, FedEx, or DHL). For DHL orders, you can arrange the pick-up at a designated time and location. Processing time for mail returns may take up to 3 weeks, but you will receive notification once your return is approved.

  3. Chinese and Singapore Customers – For orders placed in China or Singapore, you can contact [customer support](mailto: [email protected]) to initiate your return.

  4. Exchange Process – If you are exchanging your sneakers for a different product, you can do so at Happy Return, where you can exchange sneakers for products of equal value. For US orders, Happy Return suggests products based on your preferences.

  5. Exchanges for Accessories – All accessories, including shoelaces, insoles, and cleaning products, are final sale. There are no returns or exchanges for these items.

How long does a refund or exchange take to process?

  • Cariuma's Return Bar accepts returns immediately, and your new exchange order is shipped within 24 hours.
  • For mail returns, it may take up to 3 weeks for processing. You will receive notification once your return has been approved.
  • Processing times may vary depending on the method of return and the destination country.

How much will I be refunded?

  • Refunds are issued in the original product value, minus any shipping fees, taxes, and duties paid to authorities. In Singapore, refunds include product value and government tax.

Can I return or exchange the extra shoelaces I purchased?

  • All accessories, including shoelaces and insoles, are final sale, and there are no returns or exchanges for these items.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cariuma accepts all major debit and credit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, After Pay, and electronic gifts cards.

All Earth Day Edition sneakers are made-to-order and are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
