4. Tidepool burpees

Part 1: Do as many burpees as possible in 2 minutes.

Part 2: Do many reps as possible, 2 minutes: 10 seconds of Squat Jumps, 10 seconds of rest. Rest in front plank for burkees and bottom of squat during jumps.

5. Death by pushups

Complete an additional pushup every minute until you can't complete in 60 seconds. Rest for the remainder of each minute.

Equipment Needed

You can perform these beach workouts with minimal equipment, such as resistance bands, jump ropes, and a towel. If you have access to a pull-up bar, adjust the burpees to pull-ups.
