Overview
The towel press exercise is a strength training exercise that targets the chest, shoulders, and triceps. Instructions

- Lower the barbell straight down towards the towel, keeping your elbows tucked in close to your body to form a 45-degree angle to the body.
- Pause at the bottom of the movement, then press the barbell back up to the starting position.
