After you take the quiz, you will receive a score that indicates the severity of your phobia according to your responses. Based on your score, we have made a recommendation for which version of our CBT-based therapy we think is most appropriate for you, ranging from our online self-help CBT program to our full Tranceformental CBT course, which includes 10 hours of face-to-face clinical work with Paul (either in the clinic or using Zoom).
