CPR is proud to have a diverse and experienced team of clinicians who are passionate about helping others achieve mental wellness. Our clinical team includes Licensed Clinical Psychologists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Certified Substance Abuse Counselors, and Registered Art Therapists, among others. Each provider is highly trained, with experience in a variety of settings and specialties, allowing us to provide individualized care that meets the unique needs of each client. Services

At CPR, we offer a wide range of mental health services designed to meet the diverse needs of our clients. These services include individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, psychological assessments, and more. We focus on creating a supportive and therapeutic environment where clients can feel safe to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Our goal is to help clients increase their self-awareness, develop new coping skills, and improve their overall well-being.
We offer a sliding fee scale for clients with insurance, making it more accessible for everyone to receive the support they need. We are also proud to accept several insurance carriers, including Medicaid, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and United Healthcare. We understand that financial concerns can sometimes be a barrier to care, and we are committed to helping clients navigate the insurance process and minimize costs whenever possible.
It is important to note that while we try to be informative and helpful, it is not possible to diagnose or treat medical conditions. If you are experiencing symptoms that may indicate a medical condition, we encourage you to speak with your primary care provider or schedule an appointment with a qualified healthcare professional.

Client Experience

At CPR, we value the client experience and strive to create a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment throughout your treatment journey. Our clinicians are experienced in working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and are committed to building strong, meaningful relationships with each client. We believe that open communication and mutual respect are the cornerstones of effective therapy.
CPR has been recognized for its commitment to excellence and has received numerous awards and accolades from various organizations. Our clients often praise our clinicians for their empathy, knowledge, and ability to facilitate meaningful change in their lives.

CPR adheres to a holistic approach to mental health care, which encompasses physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being. We believe that all aspects of our clients' lives contribute to their overall health and happiness, and we work to address these aspects in a comprehensive and supportive manner.
Our clinicians use a variety of therapeutic techniques to help clients achieve their goals, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, EMDR, and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT). We are dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest research and innovations in the field to provide the most effective and evidence-based care possible.

Training and Professional Development

CPR is committed to providing high-quality care and maintaining professional growth. Our clinicians are encouraged to participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to ensure that they are equipped to provide the best possible care to their clients.
